How to Register

Pre-registration is now closed however we will be accepting walk-in registrations at the conference. PLease download the walk-in registration form, print it out, and present it to the registration desk with your payment (cash or credit card).

Important Notes!

  • Name and affiliation should be listed as you would like it to appear on your name tag.
  • Membership MUST be current for 2010 to receive membership rates.
  • Make checks/money orders payable to I.A.A.T.E or use Visa/Mastercard.
  • Outside the US, please use a money order, Visa/Mastercard, or US currency
  • NO refunds given after January 31, 2010.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
  • ONLY Walkin registration will be accepted after February 14, 2010.
  • You may recover your registration confirmation by clicking here and entering the email address used for registration and approximate date of registration.

Group rates

IAATE is once again offering a Group Discount to groups of 5 or more people that register for the conference. In order to qualify, all members of the group must mail their registrations to the CFO at the address designated on the Registration Form in the same envelope. The discounted rate is the member rate. This means that anyone in the group that would normally have to pay a rate higher than the member rate can register at the member rate as part of a group of 5 or more attendees.

  • The Group Discount applies to groups of 5 or more attendees from the same facility.
  • Again, all registrations must be sent in the same envelope and the discounted rate is the member rate.
