Centrally located in the heart of downtown, the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel is a AAA four-diamond, atrium-style, full-service hotel. Its convenient location places it just blocks from "The District" with multiple dining, shopping and entertainment options. To make reservations, call 1-800-325-3535 or go to www.sheratonnashville.net. You must make reservations by January 14, 2006 in order to receive the $99 room rate. Be sure to mention IAATE when making your reservation. There is an early departure fee of $50 if you check out prior to your reserved check-out date, unless you inform the hotel when checking in. The parking fee is $14 per day for self-parking and $16 per day for valet parking in the hotel's garage. TRANSPORTATION

 
GRAY LINE AIRPORT EXPRESS

Rates: $12 One Way $18 Roundtrip

The Gray Line Airport Express services the downtown hotels of Nashville from the Nashville International Airport. Service begins at 5:00 am and runs until 11:00 pm. Shuttles depart every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes from most hotels. Purchase tickets from Gray Line desk in the ground transport area of the airport. The shuttle departs from the same place as the taxis. From the hotel, the first pick up of the day is 4:30am and the last pick up of the day is 6:35pm, but there is call service available through the hotel. Reservations are not required for the service from the Airport.

Taxis are available at the airport. Approximate fare to downtown Nashville is US$20 to $25.
