FRIDAY NIGHT ACTVITY

On Friday night join us for an evening of jousting, horsemanship and falconry at the Medieval Times Dinner and Show. Thou shalt be served by wenches, eat with your hands, and cheer for your favourite knight in shining armour. We may tour the Andalusian stables and hang out afterwards at the Medieval bar, The Knight Club, if we so choose. Dinner, two hour show, transportation included. Cost: $40.00 USD.
CONFERENCE TOURS

Saturday morning we board buses for the Toronto Zoo, about a half hour drive. The Zoo is 710 acres, with plenty to see, so well spend a full day. There are five tropical zoogeographic pavilions to visit in a fairly concentrated area, so you wont have to spend too much time out in the cold if youre not dressed for it. All five workshops will be held at the Zoo, as well as several behind the scenes tours. Lunch will be included and is provided by the Zoo.
BANQUET

The banquet will conclude our conference activities on Saturday night and after dinner we will dance the night away to the Much Music Video Dance Party.
VENDORS, RAFFLE AND SILENT AUCTIONS

There will also be the usual raffles, silent auction and annual conference awards (see the IAATE website for more information on awards and grants).
Help support IAATE! You will be able to purchase tickets for raffle drawings held throughout the conference. We will also have raffle drawings and a silent auction during the banquet.
If you or your institution were able to donate items to the auction/raffles, it would be greatly appreciated. Just bring them along to the conference. If possible, contact the conference committee and let them know you are bringing something.
